There has been an ‘awakening’ across household and societies: the world is a much better place with fewer polluting cars and greater adoption of zero-emission electric mobility. 2020 witnessed an unprecedented increase in sales for all types of electric bikes. This is not a short-term trend. We expect a continued paradigm shift in consumer attitudes towards cleaner and more active forms of mobility. We at e-zoomed agree with the core proposition of the IWEECH e-mobility product. Many individuals, though keen to migrate to active travel, lack the confidence to cycle safely on busy city roads. Even experienced cyclists harbour the same apprehension. Ashvin has also worked in the real estate and infrastructure sector, to including working with the Matrix Group (a US$ 4 billion property group in the UK) to launch one of the first few institutional real estate funds for the Indian real estate market. The fund was successfully launched with significant institutional support from the UK/ European markets. He has also advised on water infrastructure, to include advising a Swedish clean technology company in the water sector. He has also been involved with a number of early stage ventures.
