A Few Of The e-zoomed Social Media Postings Over The Past Week!
We are aware that you all have busy lives and may not get an opportunity to see all our social media postings across the e-zoomed official social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin). So we are making it easier for you to catch up with anything you may have missed. Of course, if you are not following our channels, we encourage you to do so. It takes only a minute and the social media links are on the e-zoomed home page!
It has been another unprecedented week globally and in the UK. Our prayers and thoughts are with all the frontline workers and other individuals/ companies, working hard to keep our country running, despite the risks. Our prayers for the speedy recovery of Prime Minister Boris Johnson and all others infected by the Coronavirus.
Despite the current challenges, we believe, the best we can do as individuals is to #stayhome and continue to work with passion and vigour in our day-to-day jobs, just like the frontline workers are doing. It is imperative we remain focussed on our work, as this is the only way to get the nation back on track post the crisis.
Over the past week, we continue to labour on the e-zoomed core themes. In particular, we remain keen to learn from the current predicament, to improve the lives of everyone in our country. Air pollution is now down to a historic low, and its positive impact in our cities and rural belts is clear to see. We encourage individuals and families to take this moment to reflect on their relationship with mobility. Ask the relevant and important question: do I need to own a car? Can I find another way to achieve my goals by using public transportation, e-bikes, e-scooters or e-mobility sharing schemes. Remember, the fewer the vehicles on our roads, the more improved is our air quality.
We urge consumers not to rush into buying new vehicles, but to take time to truly assess their transportation needs. If indeed you need to own a car, then we encourage you to own a battery-electric vehicle (BEV) i.e. a green car. We can certainly help you identify and source your next green car. Simply email us at info@ezoomed.com.
On the theme of air pollution, we continue to encourage individuals and households to switch to green energy for use at home. Again, the lower our dependence on dirty energy, the lower the pollution levels, the greater our quality of air and health. Once again, given the weather, we have seen the UK generate significant renewable energy. On 5th April 2020, renewable energy generation was over 59%!
